Harvesting of the pallet:
- Wood species: pine, spruce, poplar, aspen, maple, beech, birch
- Tree knots – living knots within the maximum size of d=25mm are in laying range, death and rotten knots are forbidden.
- Leather folders – leather folders should not exceed 15% in length.
- Bending - edge bend height (bent down) not exceed 5% in length.
- Quality Level: Grade A-B-C, mix
- Humidity: 22%, ± 5%
- Quantity – about 2,000 cubic meters per month

Pine sleepers:
- GOST – 78-89
- Tree knots - living and death knots within the maximum size of d=60mm are in laying range, and rotten knots are forbidden.
- Rotten – one side end rotten is permitted. But the depth of rotten shouldn’t more than 1% of the sleeper; the decayed area shall not exceed 2% of the end.
- Cracks and leather folders – cracks and outer leather folders should not exceed 400mm in length, while cracks and inner leather folders should not exceed 100 mm in length.
- Bending – edge bend height (bent down) not exceed 2% in length of the sleeper. Bowing bend (bend inside) not exceed 1%.
- Insect pest – within the scope of each laying sleeper, the total number of insect eyes not exced 5.
- Sleeper is not preservations.
- Quality Level: Grade A-B-C, mix
- Humidity: 25%, ±10%
- Quantity - about 2,000 cubic meters per month
